Amish Casual Mission Wood Porch Glider

Love Love Love my glider!!!
Very beautiful and comfortable.

It was easy to install. With that being said my husband installed it, not me :)
We bought it unfinished so we could paint it to match our trim. So far we are happy with it!

The bench arrived and there was no hardware. There were also scratches and looked like maybe some drips of the clear coating. Unfortunately when we opened the box it was after 5 pm EST on Friday. We were unable to reach anyone. On Monday we contacted the company and they asked for pictures of the scratches and had us go around and try to wipe them up off of all the different parts. They stated it is sometimes where the wood is rubbed in shipping and it will come off with a damp cloth. About 1/3 did. We were extremely unhappy that the hardware was missing. That is a big fail on their part. As far as the scratches, we can understand things do happen in shipping. We like the bench and wanted to keep it and had no time to box it up to send it back so we opted for a menial discount of $25 on a $800 purchase. That is not even 5%. The bench is very nice, the edge on the upper back (Mission Style bench) is in a very uncomfortable place on my back. I am 5’8” for reference. So now we have to purchase a cushion for the back of the bench. I wish that I would have known that or considered that before purchasing. Overall we aren’t unhappy with it. But, for the price and hassle we don’t feel it is a good value.

We received the swing with a bottom slat broken. It was frustrating to call the customer service number and agents aren't available; ever. However, customer service was prompt via email. We received a new slat around a week later. My husband swapped it out for the broken one and it's good as new. The company should consider putting alphabetic stickers on the parts to match the instructions to make it a bit easier to out together. It wasn't hard but my husband is mechanically inclined. Overall we are completely satisfied with our glider and happy we went with this company.

Item arrived with all parts and was simple to assemble. Swing works correctly and seems to be very well constructed. Overall very satisfied.

Love it thanks for touch up paint needed slightly love the weight limit because we are both a little bigger around 260 and also the wider width so we aren't on top of each other with sufficient room between us.

I adore my glider! It arrived with a slat broken and I reached out. Immediately got a response and a new slat was delivered 2 days later. It’s such a beautiful piece and nice and sturdy!

Looks great! Assembly was straight forward and easy. No parts were missing, that is always a plus.
