SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We strive to deliver your furniture safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping methods, rates, and your responsibilities upon delivery.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
If you are located outside of our standard shipping area and wish to make a purchase, we recommend coordinating with a freight forwarder. Please note that while we allow for freight forwarding, we cannot recommend or endorse a specific shipping company. Additionally, our warranty does not cover items forwarded to locations outside our shipping network. We strongly recommend inspecting your item and resolving any issues before transporting it elsewhere.
FLAT RATE FREIGHT SHIPPING
Large or heavy furniture items are shipped via specialized freight carriers. These items will be marked on the product page with the following language under the "add to cart" button: "This item qualifies for $299 flat rate freight shipping"
Standard freight shipping is curbside service where the items will be placed at the curb or sidewalk in front of your house. White glove service is also offered, in which the delivery driver will bring your item inside your house to the room of your choice.

SMALL PARCEL SHIPPING
Items not marked on the product page as "Flat Rate Freight" are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total:
FREIGHT DELIVERY & INSPECTION
Freight shipments require a signature. To protect your purchase, you must follow these steps:

Count & Inspect: Ensure all packages are accounted for and the item/carton is free of damage before signing the delivery receipt.

Refusal of Damaged Goods: If you find the item was damaged during shipment, DO NOT sign for it. Refuse the delivery and notify us as soon as possible.

Carefully Inspect Your Shipment: If a full inspection cannot be done in a reasonable time or the driver is unwilling to wait, you must write "DAMAGE" on the delivery receipt before signing.

If "DAMAGE" is not noted on the receipt, we will be unable to replace or warranty the order.

If you sign for a damaged freight delivery without notation, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to pay for all subsequent shipping charges.

Estimated Delivery: Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or seasonal peaks.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses. Rerouting fees or return shipping costs due to incorrect info will be billed to the customer.

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Freight Delivery Location Requirements: Your location must be on a paved road at least 10 feet wide with no weight restrictions and at least 14 feet of overhead clearances for the delivery vehicle to arrive. No sharp turns or curves; drivers must have sufficient space to safely turn the truck around. If the carrier is unable to deliver your order to the provided shipping address due to location restrictions, additional redelivery/storage fees may apply.

Appointments: Someone must be present for delivery. Failure to keep a scheduled appointment may result in additional redelivery/storage fees.

Advance Planning: We do not offer refunds/returns for furniture that does not fit through doorways, elevators, or staircases.

White Glove Limitations: We cannot hoist furniture through windows or remove doors/windows. Some pieces may be too large for narrow spaces or sharp turns. Please secure pets and remove rugs, low-hanging lights, or other furniture before the driver arrives. We do not disassemble, move, or dispose of existing furniture.
