Leaf Storage Options

Expandable dining tables are offered with leaves that are removed from the table and stored elsewhere or as self-storing dining tables, where the leaves are stored underneath the tabletop allowing you to transition from a family dinner to large holiday meal in seconds.

Leaves With Skirts vs. Without Skirts

Dining table leaves are offered either with skirts (also known as aprons) or without skirts. The skirt is a decorative trim piece attached to the leaf top that matches the trim underneath a dining tabletop to provide a seamless look. A leaf without skirt will only match the table top itself and may show a gap in the trim when the table is expanded - however leaves without skirts can provide the ability for more leaves to be stored, particularly when self-storing under the tabletop.
